How long does a typical architecture project take?

It varies significantly by project type and scale. A single-family home might take 6–12 months from first consultation to handover. A commercial building can take 18 months to 3 years. We will give you a realistic programme at the start of every project.
Do you handle building permit applications in Rwanda?

Yes. We prepare all documentation required by the Rwanda Housing Authority and local district offices, and manage the submission process on your behalf.
Can I hire DC Studios for supervision only?

Absolutely. We offer standalone site supervision for projects where designs have already been developed — by us or by another architect. We'll review the documentation thoroughly before taking on supervisory responsibility.
What is your fee structure?

Fees are typically calculated as a percentage of construction cost, or as a fixed lump sum for defined-scope projects. We discuss and agree on a fee structure transparently at the outset. Please contact us for a tailored proposal.
Do you work outside Kigali?
